Do you accept my insurance?

Yes! We accept and gladly bill out-of-network for the following major insurance providers:

How does “Out-of-Network” billing work at your practice?

We believe that premium, personalized holistic care should still be highly accessible. To make this possible, we offer a courtesy standard copay model for patients with qualifying out-of-network acupuncture benefits.

Instead of paying our full clinical rate cash upfront and dealing with the insurance company yourself, you simply pay your standard specialist copay at the time of your visit. Our billing department submits the remaining balance directly to your insurance provider.

What is the process to get started?

Because out-of-network benefits vary widely depending on your specific employer and plan, we verify your benefits before your first appointment. This ensures there are no financial surprises for you.

  1. Submit Your Info: When booking your initial consult, provide us with your insurance member ID, date of birth, and provider name.
  2. We Verify: Our billing team will contact your insurance provider to check your out-of-network acupuncture coverage, deductible status, and visit limits.
  3. We Confirm: We will reach out to confirm your estimated out-of-pocket cost (such as your standard copay equivalent) before you step foot in the clinic.

What if I don’t have acupuncture coverage?

If your specific plan does not cover out-of-network acupuncture, or if you have a very high deductible that has not yet been met, we will discuss our highly transparent cash-pay rates and wellness packages with you before we begin treatment. We are committed to finding a sustainable path forward for your care.
