2. The Early Termination & Refund Policy We understand that life changes. You may request a refund for the unearned portion of your package at any time. However, because the promotional discount is only valid for completed series:
- Recalculation: Any used sessions will be billed at the Full Standard Rate of $110 per session (not the discounted package rate).
- Administrative Fee: A $35 Administrative Termination Fee will be deducted from the remaining balance to cover the clinical re-evaluation and processing of your file.
