The “Vitality & Voice” Package Agreement

Package Terms & Professional Agreement

1. The Commitment to Care By purchasing a Vitality Voyage Series, you are committing to a clinical plan of care. The significant discount provided in our 5-session ($500) and 10-session ($900) series is a “Bulk-Rate Incentive” contingent upon the completion of the full series.

2. The Early Termination & Refund Policy We understand that life changes. You may request a refund for the unearned portion of your package at any time. However, because the promotional discount is only valid for completed series:

  • Recalculation: Any used sessions will be billed at the Full Standard Rate of $110 per session (not the discounted package rate).
  • Administrative Fee: A $35 Administrative Termination Fee will be deducted from the remaining balance to cover the clinical re-evaluation and processing of your file.
  • Calculation Example: If you buy a 5-pack ($500) and cancel after 2 sessions, your refund is calculated as: $500 – (2 sessions x $110) – $35 fee = $245 Refund. (In this scenario, you “lose” the $50 discount and pay the processing fee).

3. Strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Cancellations or “No-Shows” with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in that session being forfeited from your package. This session is considered “earned” by the practitioner as the time was reserved and made unavailable to other patients.

4. Expiration & Non-Transferability All series expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and linked to your unique clinical diagnostic profile.

5. Professional Satisfaction While we strive for clinical excellence, results in traditional medicine are cumulative and vary by individual. Refunds are not provided for sessions already rendered.
