By scheduling an appointment at M Center Acupuncture and Wellness, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy; appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of the full session fee. We understand that life in NYC is unpredictable, yet this policy ensures we can continue to provide dedicated care to all our clients. For those invested in a 5 or 10-session series, please note that all packages are non-transferable. Should you request a refund for unused sessions, the refund will be calculated by deducting the standard individual rate of $110 for each session already attended, along with a $35 administrative fee. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a cumulative process, and while we are committed to helping you “tune” your instrument, clinical results vary by individual and are most effective when the recommended rhythm of care is maintained.
